Fall and Menu Planning Tuesday

Today I noticed that some of the Dogwoods are starting to change color so I thought I would start preparing for fall. Fall is my favorite season! I am so excited about football, pumpkins, mums and crisp air. Yippie!

I still need to upload the great pictures from our weekend. We had a awesome time with Caleb at the Gator game, so check back soon.

As you can tell, I didn't get my menu posted yesterday due to the holiday, but here it is.

Monday: Grilled chicken breasts, sweet potato fries, baked beans, & corn on the cob.

Tuesday: (teaching 5-8:15) Zesty BBQ chicken sandwiches & salad.

Wednesday: (Church) Eat Out

Thursday: Spinach and cheese manicotti with rolls.

Friday: Homemade (turkey) pepperoni pizza with salad.

Saturday: (working in AM) Leftovers or "helpy selfy"

Sunday: (working in AM) Eat Out

Erin, do you defrost your chicken breasts before putting in the slow cooker?

Bev, it depends. I usually have my meat defrosted but today I didn't so they went in frozen. I don't know if that is correct or not but it tasted great?!
