I had originally planned on tackling the toys this week but I was very productive last week and FINISHED almost all of my spring cleaning!! Yippee!!
Today, I have to deal with all of the leftover Easter ham before it goes bad. So far I have made two batches of Ham and Hashbrown Casserole and a batch of Ham and Potato Pockets (yielded 12) to freeze. I still have a ton of ham! I will have to think about what I want to do with all of it. Any ideas?
